Communicare now have a few learning modules that can be completed online. Currently there are 2 courses available, an introduction to Communicare for GPs, AHPS, RANS, and one for reception/admin/front desk staff. We reviewed the introduction course for clinical staff which goes for about 80 minutes, and it is divided into short videos so are in easy grabs. The course has an introductory offer of $99 per person. When you enrol, you have access to the course for 30 days, so you can go back and redo parts if needed. There a few navigational issues which could be improved upon, but it is good to have another option for training for your new staff, if you are unable to conduct this yourself.
